Quality Care Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Weekend Baylor Program.
This unique role allows you to work three 10-hour shifts (30 hours total) while receiving pay equivalent to a 40-hour workweek, plus full-time benefits.
The Baylor RN provides essential weekend clinical coverage by delivering direct patient care, responding to urgent patient needs, and supporting overnight on-call coverage.

- Friday, Saturday, Sunday
- or
- Saturday, Sunday, MondayIncludes:
- 3 ten-hour shifts per week (30 hours total)
- Full-time pay equivalent (40 hours)
- Full-time benefits eligibility
- Overnight on-call coverage during scheduled Baylor weekends
On-Call Responsibilities
- Provide overnight on-call coverage during Baylor weekends
- Respond to patient/caregiver calls and perform clinical triage
- Make visits as clinically indicated
- Coordinate care with leadership and interdisciplinary team
- Support continuity of care across weekend and weekday teams
What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled nursing visits in home health and hospice settings
- Complete admissions, recertifications, resumptions, and discharges
- Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
- Deliver wound care, treatments, medications, and symptom management
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Support hospice patients and families through end-of-life care
- Document care accurately and timely in the EMR

Qualifications
Required:
- Active New Hampshire RN license
- 1+ year nursing experience
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Preferred:
- Home Health and/or Hospice experience
- OASIS documentation experience
- Prior on-call experience
